At Peter Lehmann Wines, we strive to ensure every bottle reaches you in perfect condition; however, if your wine is damaged or faulty, we offer a straightforward replacement or refund process within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process

Notify our cellar door team via email or phone with your order number and details regarding the specific fault or damage encountered.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Please submit clear photographs of the damaged packaging or cork to help us maintain our high quality-control standards.
- 3.Return Shipping
If a physical return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to ensure the wine is returned to our Barossa Valley winery at no cost to you.
- 4.Resolution
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement bottle immediately.
